Wowza! So you're the man behind Telly!! I'm sorry to hear how you are quite like him but he's my favorite character on Sesame Street and I feel honestly he's the only character that's still really on character.
That's not very nice of Bob to act like that, not one bit, especially on a children's show with kids around no less! He should have asked you if anything was wrong, not very Sesame like if you ask me :(
Oh man that's horrid I'm dealing with the same thing myself right now and it's made me very ill, and now my grandfather has cancer so I have to get tested for it...So I can understand where you are coming from on the stress levels, it's just not health for the mind or body.
Well I can't blame Bob for being stressed over the direction Sesame Street is going, the show has really taken it to the dumps and not in a good old grouchy way.
I hope you do well and keep it up with the best character on the show!

We all have that to a degree, some more then others. At times i think i have taken my life and the poples around me and thrown them in the trash. then i start to think about all the good things that i have done for other people. Then i feel better.

Thanks Telly, for shareing a little of what you know! It is a great encouragement to hear, not only that the "mockumentary" hasn't been forgotten, but also that the idea in form has been around since before the days of *insert-reality-tv-show-here" so isn't simply the Muppets following trend as they maybe did with Muppet's From Space.

Have a good day Telly, and here's a triangle (ish):

What a nice first comment for my blog. About the cheap shots at Miss Piggy: it may make you feel better to know that Piggy herself writes most of those. She's more than just a good sport, she's ruthless. She's like the Don Rickles of the Muppets, she'll take a jab at anyone, for anything, and welcomes a good retort. She's a professional to the core. As for them being "unfunny" - well, I'll let you take that up with Piggy yourself, because personally I'm a little afraid of that right cross.

As Miss Piggy would say, "Kissy kissy to you!" (No fears, dear--I'm a happily married mother of two.) Glad you've scoped out MC, which is where many of us Muppet fans meet to hope and suggest and, yes, even dream.

One of the things I've LONG wished for is an end to the cheap (and often unfunny) shots at Miss Piggy. Part of what made the original Kermit/Piggy interaction funny and poignant and ALL that is was had to do with the fact that, at the end of the day, Kermit couldn't just walk away. He was as much a slave to his own wants and hopes and dreams as, well, anyone--making him completely, and uniquely--human. Er, amphibian. You know what I mean.

Thank you for you contribution to keeping our dreams alive!
